What actually happens, in order.

A private conversation
You tell us what you're considering by WhatsApp, phone or the intake form. No commitment, no clinical claims, no pressure.
- 02
Medical information
We ask for what the doctor needs: photographs where relevant, medical history, current medication and any previous procedures.
- 03
Doctor review
Your case is reviewed by the relevant specialist. If a procedure isn't advisable or isn't the right fit, you are told directly.

Your personalised proposal
You receive a written plan: doctor, procedure, hospital, inclusions, stay, transfers, total, deposit and validity date.
- 05
You shape your stay
Accommodation level, transfer vehicle, extra recovery nights and companion arrangements are yours to choose. Your total updates as you decide.

Reservation
A deposit secures your dates. It is paid securely by card or PayPal, and it is deducted from your total.
- 07
Travel preparation
Hotel, transfers, appointment times and hospital confirmation are arranged and shared with you as a single itinerary.

In Istanbul
You are met at the airport and accompanied through consultations, treatment and post-operative checks.
- 09
Aftercare
You leave with written instructions and a follow-up schedule, and your coordinator stays reachable once you're home.

How long should I stay?
It depends on the procedure typically five to eight nights. Your proposal states the recommended stay before you book.
Is the deposit deducted?
Yes. The deposit reserves your dates and is subtracted from your remaining balance.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes. Companion accommodation and transport can be added to your plan at any point.
Which language will we speak?
Arabic, English, French or Turkish your coordinator is assigned to match your preference.
