Terms of service
These terms cover the coordination services AMAL Clinics provides around your treatment: proposals, deposits, payments, changes and cancellations.
1. Our role
AMAL Clinics is a coordination and concierge service. We are not a hospital, clinic or medical practitioner, and we do not provide medical treatment or medical advice. Clinical decisions, diagnosis and treatment are the sole responsibility of the licensed doctor and facility treating you.
Travel and health tourism arrangements are coordinated by Baltalimanı Health Tourism Agency, a TÜRSAB-registered Group A Travel Agency (Certificate No. 15152).
2. Proposals and pricing
Every proposal is personalized and states its own validity date. Prices outside that date may change based on doctor, hospital, hotel and exchange-rate conditions.
A proposal lists exactly what is included. Anything not listed is not included.
3. Deposits
A deposit reserves your treatment dates, doctor availability, accommodation and transfers. It is deducted from your total.
Once a deposit is received, the accepted version of your proposal is locked. Any subsequent change is issued as a new, clearly identified amendment the agreed figures are never altered silently.
4. Payment
Deposits are paid securely by credit or debit card, or through PayPal, using our payment provider's hosted checkout. AMAL Clinics does not receive or store card numbers or security codes.
Remaining balances are settled as stated in your proposal, typically at the facility or before treatment.
5. Changes and cancellation
Date changes are accommodated where doctor, hospital and hotel availability allow. Third-party costs already committed on your behalf (non-refundable hotel nights, for example) may be deducted.
If treatment is cancelled on medical grounds after a doctor's assessment, we will work with you to reschedule or to refund amounts not already committed to third parties.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate medical and identity information, to disclose relevant conditions and medication, to hold valid travel documents, and to follow the pre-operative and post-operative instructions given by the treating doctor.
Travel insurance is your responsibility and is strongly recommended.
7. Limitations
AMAL Clinics is not liable for clinical outcomes, for third-party service failures outside our reasonable control, or for losses arising from inaccurate information provided to us.
No medical outcome is promised or guaranteed at any point.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Turkish law.
